Bradford Park Avenue manager Mark Bower says he is disappointed with his side’s performance following their 1-0 home defeat by Gloucester City on Saturday.

Bower’s men out in a lacklustre display in what was a poor game at the Horsfall, Zack Kotwica grabbing the game’s only goal early in the second half to send the visitors on the long journey home with all three points.

“We were guilty of making some bad decisions when in possession of the ball,” the Bradford manager said.

“We looked ragged and all over the place which is a little bit uncharacteristic for us recently.

“I thought having started the game quite well we could push on and win, but unfortunately it wasn’t to be.

“But, if you look back to the Boston game just five weeks ago, and you’d said we’d have taken nine points from 12 available, we’d have taken it.

“When the lads have received set backs they’ve generally bounced back well from them, so we’ve got to make sure we do that going into next week’s game against Halifax, and there’s no better game for it really.”
