Bradford Park Avenue make the long trip to face newly-promoted Leamington FC at The Phillips 66 Community Stadium on Saturday, with kick-off at 3:00pm.

Mark Bower’s men jump on the coach with confidence running through their veins. Currently, the Avenue are unbeaten in eight games (in all competitions) with the most recent victory coming last week in the Emirates FA Cup tie at Southport FC.

In the league, the visitors have gone under the radar, finding themselves in eighth position. Away from home, the men in green and white have been strong so far, losing only once so far this season (Spennymoor Town).

The hosts, managed by Paul Holleran, have improved in recent weeks since returning to the Vanarama National League North. Looking to make it four unbeaten in all competitions, the Brakes entered the Third Qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Cup with a 2-0 victory at Westfields last Saturday. Their last two league fixtures have seen the home side earn two points on the road at Darlington FC and Curzon Ashton respectively.

The last time the West Yorkshire club made the trip to Leamington Spa was in 2015 when we lost a 4-3 thriller. The Avenue goals, that day, came from Chib Chilaka and Simon Ainge.

Will both teams continue their unbeaten run or will there be a winner by 5pm? If you’re not making the journey, you can keep up-to-date with all the action by following the club on Twitter @BPAFCOfficial.
