Admission prices for next Saturday’s home friendly against Bradford City have been agreed.
Avenue host neighbours Bradford City for the first home friendly of the summer on Saturday 8 July, and the club have reduced the entry prices for supporters.
Bradford City manager Stuart McCall is bringing his first team squad to the Horsfall Stadium for their first friendly of the summer, and their first match since defeat in the League One play-off final at Wembley.
It is expected that both sides will field two entirely different teams in each half as preparations for the 2017-18 campaign begin.
Due to the expectation of a high attendance, the club has chosen to use extra facilities for spectators coming to the game.
There will be a marquee with a bar at the Park Road end of the ground, where there will also be a burger van and extra toilets alongside it.
The car park accessible via Park Road will be open and free to use, while the turnstiles at that end of the ground will be in operation.
The clubhouse will still be open at the Cemetery Road end, as will the Avenue Cafe. Parking on the roadside will be limited however, so it is advised to arrive at the ground as early as possible.
Admission for the friendly, which will kick off at 3pm and is pay-on-the-gate, will be as follows:
Adults – £8.00
OAPs – £6.00
Students – £5.00
Under 18s – £2.00
Mark Bower’s men kick off their pre-season schedule with a trip to Campion on Tuesday evening, and admission for that game is £5 for adults and £2 for concessions, under-16s can attend for free along with a paying adult.
Avenue’s league Season Tickets are still on sale, and it’s your chance to grab a real bargain this year.
Adult Season Tickets are priced at just £125, and include one FREE under-18 Season Ticket.
Concessions (Over 60) can purchase a Season Ticket for £99, while students, apprentices and under-18s can pick up a 2017-18 league Season Ticket for just £20.
